Go up to view and select the ruler so that you can see it round the edges of the page. Drag the ruler to the center of the page and select the pen tool. You can then draw the bottle shape.
When the anchor point is solid you can move it, and when it isn’t it won’t move.
Use the reflect tool to copy the shape onto the other side after moving the pivot point.
